WHAT SHOULD I DO DURING THE TRAINING?

During the training session, it is your time to relax. Here are a few key points support you in your training session.

NO TALKING

  • Since speaking affects breathing patterns and pulse, you should not talk during your training.

NO MOBILE PHONE

  • It is important for the body and mind to be able to recover from everyday stress.
  • Therefore, we recommend that you set aside your smartphone during the session.

BREATHE

  • During the session, you should breathe normally.
  • Deep breathing or hyperventilation is not necessary.
  • Nasal breathing is the preferred option for optimal relaxation (but you can also breathe through the mouth).

RELAX

  • You should try to relax and focus on the sensations in your body.
  • To support the relaxation, you can play meditation music.
