WHAT SHOULD I DO DURING THE TRAINING?
During the training session, it is your time to relax. Here are a few key points support you in your training session.
NO TALKING
- Since speaking affects breathing patterns and pulse, you should not talk during your training.
NO MOBILE PHONE
- It is important for the body and mind to be able to recover from everyday stress.
- Therefore, we recommend that you set aside your smartphone during the session.
BREATHE
- During the session, you should breathe normally.
- Deep breathing or hyperventilation is not necessary.
- Nasal breathing is the preferred option for optimal relaxation (but you can also breathe through the mouth).
RELAX
- You should try to relax and focus on the sensations in your body.
- To support the relaxation, you can play meditation music.
