HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CELLGYM SESSION?
Take a look at the best way to prepare for your first session.
- Take your time: Your workout will last approx. 40 – 50 minutes (4 – 5 training cycles).
- Each cycle consists of a training period (hypoxia) and a relaxation period (normoxia or hyperoxia).
- During training, the oxygen concentration in the breathing air is reduced, simulating high-altitude conditions, and producing the desired training effect.
- During the relaxation phase, the air has a normal or increased oxygen concentration, which allows you to reoxygenate and relax your body.
- Throughout the session, your body adapts to the training and can gradually relax more and more.
