HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CELLGYM SESSION?

  1. Take your time: Your workout will last approx. 40 – 50 minutes (4 – 5 training cycles).
  2. Each cycle consists of a training period (hypoxia) and a relaxation period (normoxia or hyperoxia).
  3. During training, the oxygen concentration in the breathing air is reduced, simulating high-altitude conditions, and producing the desired training effect.
  4. During the relaxation phase, the air has a normal or increased oxygen concentration, which allows you to reoxygenate and relax your body.
  5. Throughout the session, your body adapts to the training and can gradually relax more and more.
